SOMEONE IS FORGETTING THAT WE AS CITIZENS DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO QUESTION OUR LAWMAKERS AS WE ONCE DID. IT SEEMS THAT SCHEMING AND DECEIT ARE MAJOR REQUIREMENTS TO BE IN OFFICE. MAKES NO DIFFERENCE IF WE GET TO READ IT OR NOT, THE POWERS THAT BE WILL DO WHAT THEY WANT. WE HAVE NO CONTROL. THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE PEOPLE AND BY THE PEOPLE DOESN'T APPLY THIS DAY AND TIME. ALL THE ELEC TED OFFICIALS HAVE OR SOON DO AFTER GETTING OFFICE WHEO THEY ACTUALLY WORK FOR. THEY ARE ABOVE ALL THAT IS JUST AND FAIR. BUT YOU AND I BOTH KNOW, IF A NEW HEALTH CARE PLAN DOES BECOME A REALITY, THAT THOSE WHO THOUGHT, WROTE AND PUT IN PRINT THIS NEW PLAN WILL BE EXEMPT FROM WHAT THEY WANT FOR YOU AND I. ONCE AGAIN, THEY ARE ABOVE WHAT IS GOOD FOR ALL THE FOLKS THEY WORK FOR. ALSO, LETS PUT THEM ON SOCIAL SECURITY. EX: You get a physical and something is discovered, so then blood tests are conducted, then more tests and more tests prior to any "operation."

One good approach in 2010 - vote out the incumbents. Re Social Security and no cost of living increase next year - if government money (ours) is so strapped then why don't our illustrious Senators and Reps indefinitely suspend their automatic pay raises, scrap their golden pension plans and health plans and subject themselves to that which they foist on the rest of us. Indeed! some pigs are more equal than others on Animal Farm. I am a physician who just quit; after seeing what is coming, I will no longer work night and day while making less and less with higher and higher overhead.

Obama and his czars, as well as Pelosi and Reid intend to ram the so-called health care bill down our throats. Whatever happened to majority consensus? How can the people we sent to do the business of our country actually cast a vote in favor of this 1990 page monstrosity? It is a given that health care needs adjustment, but it should be carefully thought out, addressing only those problems currently existing...fix what is wrong, not re-wiite the whole system, putting the government in complete control of our health.. Instead, we have the powers that be, behind closed (guarded) doors making decisions that will affect all of us, while declaring to us and the world, that our country's medical system does not work. I have written, called, and joined with others for the 9/12 March on Washington. I felt empowered and a part of the democratic process. However I didn't feel that any of those activities had any effect on the healthcare debate. They didn't seem to be effective. I have received several letters each from my Senators, Congressman, and the White House that said the same old thing. Everyone is for healthcare reform but the we differ completely on what constitutes reform and what constitutes the complete takeover of healthcare by the government. The same government that runs Medicare, Medicaid, Amtrack, the post office, Social Security. Cash for Clunkers seemed to have spent $24,000 for each car. None of these entities are models of an efficient way to deliver services at a reasonable cost. I read the first healthcare bill but when I tried to read Nancy Pelosi's latest bill, it is almost impossible. What bill needs to be 1990 pages? There is so much extra in that bill that if it were limited to only healthcare insurance it would be so much cheaper. Yet, in that unbelievably long bill, tort reform or buying insurance policies over state lines isn't even mentioned. Why not? That would lower the cost and introduce more competition which will lower prices as insurance companies compete for your business.

Keep up the good fight against this Health Care Reform. Above all do not forget to vote in the next elections where you reside. It is imperative that "We the People" clean house as soon as possible--including ousting this President. We must also implement Term Limits. The longer the bums stay in office, the more difficult it will be to remove them from their lucrative seats. Have you noticed that the most corruption is attached to the long-term office holders? The people have spoken against this Health Care Bill in a loud voice. Congressmen aren't listening because they don't fear any ramifications from the voters. Let the voters show them just how wrong they are. We don't have to wait for the elections though. You can contract your Senators and Representatives today and every other day until they hear you loud and clear.

Don't stop with an attack on the AMA. AARP has lots of clout and they sold the Senior Citizens out by endorsing this Health Care Reform Bill too. My husband and I WERE AARP members.

It all goes back to the fact that we have a man in office that is not ilelligable (spelled wrong) to be president, and I don't see him as such, It's not about the color of his skin, It is truly about the fact that you must be a U.S. Citizen of this country to run for that office. Closed door policies, threats & bribes. This is insane! If we as individuals file bankruptcy can we immediately obtain a loan to refinance our homes? The large corporations can get Billions! President Obamma is a Muslim, no matter how you cut it. Therefore, he is going to "protect" and "defend" anything which might go against Islamic interests in the USA first, and also other foreign countries. It's very simple to see if a person just takes the time to put the pieces of the puzzle together. He will use his "post modern" vocabulary of "verbal slickness" to make what he is doing look appealing to the general American public. It's clear to see he is rapidly attacking and removing America's basic foundations: i.e. free speech, Christian principles, liberty, etc. While forwarding emails to all of our friends is somewhat helpful, the target is never hit until Americans unload their concerns on the White House and the Congress and Senate. Obamma is NOT Presidential material!

The evolution of destructive forces threatening our country: began with small black powder bombs, progressed to larger, more sophisticated plastic explosives, to the Atom Bomb, then the Hydrogen bomb, and now........... the O Bomb!!

Our current urgency is to disarm the O Bomb before it detonates. We all have different ideas and opportunities, but we must ALL do ALL we can while there's still time.

We conservatives must keep the pressure on our Congressmen. Getting re-elected is all that matters to them.

There is no Constitutional authority for the federal government to regulate healthcare, including the provision of adding a tax payer subsidized public option.

If people want a tax payer subsidized public option, then talk to your state legislatures and governor of you state.
