FLASHBACK: Doctors say Nixon's 1974 $9 billion deficit "irresponsible"

This 1974 AAPS Newsletter article decries the fiscal irresponsibility of Nixon's proposed budget deficit of $9.4 Billion. Compare that to the $1.6 Trillion ($1,600 Billion) estimated budget deficit of 2011!
