"Three Ventura County sheriff’s deputies wrestled a man to the ground and led him away in handcuffs outside a Democratic healthcare forum Wednesday evening at the Thousand Oaks Main Library.
A man identifying himself as Grant Markus, 50, of Ventura allegedly shoved one of three doctors speaking at an impromptu gathering outside the healthcare forum."

It amazes me that no matter what site I'm on there are people who blindly believe what the government is telling them, including that this Obamacare is going to do all of these wonderful things. It's time you woke up and studied history. The democrats have twarted every attempt at reform by the Republicans. This bs about tax cuts for the rich. Well, in 2007 the rich in the democrats mind was people making 25K per year (according to their vote in regards to capital gains and other business taxes). That same bill included tax relief for a host of reasons associated to the middle class and poor. This bill also sought to gain money from (not to) the oil companies. The democrats votes NO.
The democrats have an unholy alligence to only their own self-interests. It's about time you wake up and understand that. I'm not saying the Republicans are any better, but usually they aim their bills at someone besides themselves, or at least include something good to cover up their real desires. On the other hand, BIG BROTHER could care less about you, the surf.
All of you who vilify the doctors must not understand that you get what you pay for. I want the best educated, most experienced, and happy doctors working on me. If you want cheap care, go on over to Cuba and try it out for awhile. Maybe you'll understand what the adults are saying.
Before you waste time critizing my writing skills, I won't be checking back. I'm just disappointed that anyone that has the money for computer and can use it, would be so dense when it comes to government run anything. It shows your lack of ability to research and understand what you are reading. To just repeat the democrat talking points is a continuation of the BIG LIE.
"Death Panel" (which I know is just a way to get your attention) will be made up of a group of four people who will determine how much and what type of care you will get. To compare it to what the Republicans passed in a former bill is just pure stupid. That plan allows (voluntary) "end of care" conversations AFTER hospice. Starting that coversation in your 60's for any reason will end up as just what people are saying....................a death panel.
As usual, AAPS is correct and is looking out for America's patients, all of us.
The Dems just want to take, rule, and dictate. Their goal is to destroy the America that we love
and replace it with a Marxist state ruled by themselves.
