I choose the word invented for a very important reason.  One does not simply discover a drug and then begin using it.  Take, for example, Penicillin.  Yes, one can ingest mold and get some sort of an effect, but it is not an optimum effect and as such would be frequently unusable.  Scientists took the mold, discovered the part of the mold that had active effects, and figured out a way to deliver it to the body effectively.   Penicillin the compound was discovered, but Penicillin the drug was invented by human genius.

There are tremendous costs associated with inventing a new drug.  Hundreds of millions of dollars must be spent, and there is no guarantee of success.  Men do not commit such vast resources to altruistic endeavors.  If a scientist wishes to procure funding for drug development he must speak to businessmen of their profit.  This will never change.  The resources necessary to develop drugs come from selfish businessmen whose only concern is their own profit.  If we are to see more and better drugs become available in the future, these greedy businessmen must be successful.  They are the heart of science, and they must make large profits in order to keep capital pumping into research. 

Obamacare in its current form poses little threat to those profits.  Like any disease, however, Obamacare is likely to have sequelae, and these sequelae will take the form of attacks on those who profit from medicine, i.e. the very men who make innovation possible.  Obamacare is a malignant law born of a malignant ideology and there will be metastases.  The most common cause of death in cancer patients is heart failure.  Make no mistake:  this malignant ideology will eventually steal so much from the heart of innovation that it screeches to a halt.

If you are my age, this will have dire consequences for you in your old age.  To be blunt, you and I both will likely die much sooner than we otherwise would, thanks to the ideology behind socialized medicine.   If President Obama were honest he'd ditch his slogan of "Hope and Change" and in 2012 campaign for re-election promising the young people of America an early death.  That is the only possible real world manifestation of his disgusting and evil philosophy.

Shame on the Democrats!

I wore my white coat and stethescope, and because of that I was interviewed on local television.  I'm glad to have gotten the opportunity to tell hundreds of thousands of Americans why Obamacare is a disaster!  I also attracted a couple of lunatics who were very angry to see someone in a white coat opposing their precious entitlement program.  Two people actually held up traffic while they yelled at me.  I smiled, waved and gave them a thumbs up--this is by far the best way to further infuriate such lunatics.

Within a few hours, the House will likely have passed Obamacare...but the fight isn't over!  There are lots of ways for us to attack and undo this legislation.  It begins with blocking the "fix" in the Senate, and creating more trouble for the fix in the House.  Obamacare needs to be as unpalatable as possible to give us the best chance of repealing it after this year's elections. 

We need to do two things with regards to this year's elections:

1)  Make sure we throw out as many Democrats as possible. 

2)  Make sure the Republicans know that they too will lose their jobs if they don't stand firm and play hardball in the next legislative session.  What do I mean?  No budget until Obamacare is repealed.  EVERY nominee and appointee filibustered until Obamacare is repealed.  Nothing.  Shut down the government if you have to.  Have a spine and use it to make Obama sign the repeal of his so-called health care reform.

Do the Republicans have the political will to do this?  We must give it to them!  Keep up the fight, all is not lost!  Freedom in America can be restored!

• IRS agents verify if you have “acceptable” health care coverage;
   
• IRS has the authority to fine you up to $2,250 or 2 percent of your income (whichever is greater) for failure to prove that you have purchased “minimum essential coverage;”
   
• IRS can confiscate your tax refund;
   
• IRS audits are likely to increase;
   
• IRS will need up to $10 billion to administer the new health care program this decade;
   
• IRS may need to hire as many as 16,500 additional auditors, agents and other employees to investigate and collect billions in new taxes from Americans; and
   
• Nearly half of all these new individual mandate taxes will be paid by Americans earning less than 300 percent of poverty ($66,150 for a family of four.)

It has become increasingly clear that the Democrats in power are vicious ideaologues who will stop at nothing to take control of our lives.  Their creed is government power, and like most fanatics, right and wrong doesn't matter to them.  I wonder what hideous and immoral tactics they will use next........

He isn't alone in his outrage--in November, America will send the Democrats a message that won't soon be forgotten. 

We can defeat them if we stand up the way we have done in the past.  It is time for another round of protests at the offices of Democratic members of Congress around the country.  Telephone calls and faxes aren't enough.  We have to show up in person, and let them know that their jobs are on the line.  Vote for Obamacare, and we will throw you out of congress.  Let's make sure they hear us loud and clear!
