Most of the big health care reform proposals include government plans (like Medicare-for-all), mandates for participation, and a National Health Board to set comparative effectiveness like the British system.

Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 9:00PM On July 16th the AMA endorsed the House legislation that would in effect establish government medicine.
Why did they do it? They sold out for a few percentage points in the SGR.
