Desperate measures by Obama & Pelosi to pass bill must be stopped.

Speaker Pelosi, President Obama, and Harry Reid have seemingly forgotten the forceful rejection in Massachusetts of their radical agenda. They are now using every strong arm tactic in their playbook, and even inventing some new ones, to push through healthcare "reform" against the wishes of the American people.
President Obama has postponed his trip to Asia while Speaker Pelosi's lieutenants have drawn up the "Slaughter Solution", an unconstitutional "smoke and mirrors" maneuver, to conjure up the votes she'll need by the end of next week. Add to this mix the "on again off again" reports about what the Senate Parliamentarian has or has not said regarding whether the President must sign the bill before the Senate can act on a reconciliation measure to "fix" the bill to suit the House.;)
Other tactics are more psychological. Pelosi is doing her best to bluff the "Stupak 12" into believing that they and their pro-life stance against the Senate Bill are irrelevant and that she doesn't need their votes anyhow. According to the Politico, the tentative schedule for next week looks like this:
"After the CBO score lands [likely on Monday], the House Budget Committee must approve the use of reconciliation to make changes to the Senate bill. After that, the Rules Committee will draft a rule for considering the bill on the floor. That starts a 72-hour review process for members and anyone else interested to review the legislation. That means Friday is the first day Democrats could consider the bill and likely vote Friday or Saturday."
Meanwhile, the corporate machines and liberal "non-profits" across the country are already working up their plans to profit should the bill pass. Let's tell them, "Not so fast!"

The Hill has published a list (CLICK HERE TO VIEW) of 34 Democrats who are a "Firm No, Leaning No, or Likely No" and 73 who are "Undecided." Tell them to "VOTE NO" and that you will not stand for any unconstitutional ploys such as the "Slaughter Solution." Please thank the "No" votes for making the right decision and remind them to stand firm and tell the undecideds to do the right thing and "vote NO." Even if your Congressman is a democrat who is a firm "yes" vote make a call to remind them how the American people spoke firmly in the Massachusetts elections in January.

Obama wants to be another Hitler! He is going to try and make this country into a dictatorship! The federal government doesn't know what the States need! Each state has different needs! Our state have a Highway Patrol, Sheriff dept, town police.
Obama wants everything under the Federal Gov. The federal gov is a mess! Look at the housing situation! Is that going to be another mess with the Obama Care Gov run health plan? I dont want it! We have state laws so this doesn't happen with a take over of Federal gov! I am glad to see the states and especially AZ. taking control of their illegal situation.
The federal gov owes Scoial Security and Medicare so much money they have taken out of that program. If they pay this back medicare and Social Security would be OK.
When I observe the Welfare situation and I see 6 generations on Welfare! don't you think this program is WRONG FOR OUR COUNTRY?

This reconciliation maneuver is clearly unconstitutional. Even a Senate Bill passed by the House needs a 2/3's majority in the House, and once reconciled needs to be passed by the Senate again with a 2/3's majority. The Budget Act, Byrd Rule... nothing allows for passage of a Bill w/o a vote.
Pelosi and Reid are violating their oaths of office along with many others, their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution. Revenue generating bills must originate in the House of Representatives!
In terms of reconciliation, Congressional rules are allowed by the Constitution but may not super cede the document. The Constitution does not allow for any Bill to be deemed law unless the EXACT SAME Bill has been passed by 2/3's majority in both houses of Congress.
There is no "exactly the same" Health care Reform Bill that has been passed by both Houses of Congress. The key here is "exactly the same". Constitutionally the SAME bill must be passed by 2/3's majority in both Houses; which has not happened. Currently there's a Senate version and House version. For a Bill to be reconsidered it must be the same bill passed by both Houses and by a 2/3's majority and then objected to by the POTUS.
The reconsideration is for an agreed upon Bill (in Congress) with which the POTUS has objections. Currently there is no agreed upon Bill. And as mentioned previously any reconciled bill needs passage by 2/3's majority in both Houses as per the Articles of the Constitution Section 7, clause 2.
These actions you're witnessing in Congress spell doom for the document that consensually governs the people of the US. The fight starts now. This circus must end and we've got to return to fundamental principles, and live by the wording, purpose and intent of the documents which formed this nation.
On a final note; NRO’s Yuval Levin quips: “Democratic leaders should be asking themselves just how they have gotten to the point that their strategy is to amend a law that doesn’t exist yet by passing a bill without voting on it.”

Dear All:
I was tempted to close my practice for a day and join the Code Red Rally in Washington, DC on March 16, 2010. However, this would inconvenience patients with short notice. I realized it would be difficult to get a face to face meeting with my House member (Rep. Tim Holden) who will vote NO anyway. I decided a more effective way to get "airtime" would be to call the offices of Pro-Life Democratic House members and thank them for sticking to their anti-abortion principles despite pressure from House leadership, and offer to make a 2010 campaign contribution by credit card. I highly recommend this to those who cannot close their practices for a day on short notice. Unfortunately, money says more than words in Washington, DC.
