ALERT: The End Game Is Now!
Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 8:54PM According to our D.C. intelligence, the House would be in session this evening voting on the Senate-passed “healthcare reform” bill—if Speaker Pelosi had the votes.
She is likely to call the roll immediately if she gets them, so as to not allow time for introspection or reconsideration. The Leadership does not want Congress to go home for Easter break without having it “done”—lest wavering congressmen get exposed to their constituents.
According to the latest CNN poll, only 25% of Americans favor current legislation; 73% want Congress to stop, or start over.
Today, Obama gave another talk, repeating his mischaracterizations of the bill, asserting Americans could keep their current plan, and that costs would decrease. In fact, within 5 years, all plans would be defunct if they weren’t approved by the federal Health Choices Commissioner. The Congressional Budget Office finds that premiums would increase.
While Obama claimed that Republican ideas had been “incorporated,” Rep. Michael Burgess, M.D., pointed out that Republican amendments that had been passed in committee all got stripped out of the final bill, without explanation. The only Republican ideas from the Feb 25 summit that Obama liked were very weak: putting a few more dollars, amounting to “budget dust,” into pilot programs on tort reform, and Sen. Tom Coburn’s idea of deploying undercover investigators to find Medicare fraud.
According to an Associated Press survey, 10 Democrats have not ruled out switching their ‘no’ votes to ‘yes’ on Obama’s plan. They are:
Brian Baird of Washington
Bart Gordon of Tennessee
John Tanner of Tennessee
(The above three are not seeking re-election.)
Rick Boucher of Virginia
Suzanne Kosmas of Florida
Frank Kratovil of Maryland
Michael McMahon of New York
Walt Minnick of Idaho
Scott Murphy of New York
Glenn Nye of Virginia.

Tell them you oppose the Obama plan. Reasons include: the insurance mandate; tax increases; more interference with the practice of medicine government-appointed experts; and the unaffordable $1 trillion dollar price tag. Remind them that the majority of Americans are opposed to this bill, and opposition grows as people learn what is really in it.
Additionally, consider calling the 64 Democrats who voted for the Stupak amendment, which forbids forcing Americans to fund abortion.

Obama said, "the chronically ill and those toward the end of their lives are accounting for potentially 80 percent of the total health care bill out here." I am one of those people, yet I am a productive and energetic.
I am stage IV colon cancer at diagnosed at age 39 and am currently 41. They call Stage IV terminal yet I have a shot a cure do to new treatments.
What is the point of health insurance if you can't use it if you are "terminally" ill?
What if they call you terminal and you have a shot at a cure... and a lawyer, Nancy Sebelius, says you are done because she is appointed the 'queen of health care'.... not elected by the people .... but appointed by the president.
The ULTIMATE hypocrisy is that he has the gall to get a virtual colonoscopy this week which is NOT covered by Medicare. Medicare in turn often sets what is and is not covered by folks with insurance.
Obama's Special Health Treatment
The president's colon exam would not have been covered by Medicare:

This is all done during Colon Cancer Awareness month!
80-90% of Americans presently have heatlh care. A national health care system will eventually result in everyone enrolling in the national system.
Many financial experts agree that America is already bankrupt because the national debt is obviously "unsustainable".
When the collapse comes and the music stops, and the nation is officially bankrupt, won't everyone lose their national health insurance, going from 80-90% i nsured now to 0% insured then?
Why will that be a good thing? Oh, that's right, because the government will have absolute control over the people and what's left of the country (which won't be much).
There is NOTHING in the bill to reduce or control costs, other than rationing and price controls, neither of which work.
Third Party Payers have destroyed the patient/physician relationship, which has added to the out of control costs.
Between 1965 and 2007 government per capital spending has grown at 3 times the rate of private insurance, despite lower reimbursement levels.
We don't need change, we need solutions, and the solution is to restore the patient/physician relationship, but letting docs set their own rates, and let the patient chose, not the payer.
It really IS that simple. We're doing it and it's working
The patriot / tea bag party movement is in full swing and recruiting more and more members to begin pushing back with this out of touch Congress. Citizens who make up the independent electoral base have now decided to take part in this issue and they have sounded off rather loudly and clearly that they do not want this bill shoved down their throats.
If democrats in Congress who sit on the fence on this issue are afraid to stand up to the bully tactics of Pelosi, Reid, and Obama, make no mistake: the citizens will gladly oblige their desire to commit political suicide if they vote yes. These democrats members need to take a long hard look at the recent elections in VA, NJ, and MA to see what awaits them if they go against what their constituents want. Any democrat who vote yes will not be re-elected. Guaranteed. T
The leftist control of our government is not listening to us. This is their one shot at gaining power over us and they will complete this agenda!! IUnfortunately a large portion of americans believe that someone else should pay for what happens to them. This is what the democrats and some republicans want a NANNY state and until at least 50% or more of us let our voices be heard the ones that are waivering will vote with the majority. We have to come out in force to vote against all of the representatives listed in this e-mail come November. I fear we have been the silent majority for too long. Big government is way worse than the big insurance companies.
It doesn't take 2700 pages to fix health care. There is so much pay offs in this bill . As far as I'm concerned and alot of other voters, who ever votes for this bill should start looking for another job. They will be voted out.
In Las Vegas, NV March 18th we are having a physicians health care reform forum where physicians can discuss all the issues in one room. We need panelists and speakers at this event to help doctors clarify what reform is needed from physicians' perspectives. Call me at 702-595-6168 with interested speakers. All the data will be tallied and all states' medical societies will be provided the format to follow our lead in their states to keep health care decisions in our corner.
Why are Obama and Pelosi so dead set on passing a bill that will do nothing more than cause a tidal wave of disasters and destroy any decent health care we now have? Why don't they just figure out how to insure Americans without insurance and leave the majority of us alone? The senator/doctor had excellent points at last Thursdays summit and why not fix the already broken parts only? That Republican senator/doctor had common sense, which is lacking in most of the Congress members. Why are they trying to push through a bill that 70% of Americans don't want? After watching some of the summit, I realized how stubborn, arrogant, and ignorant Obama really is. It made me believe that he doesn't give a darn about any good ideas. He is like a spoiled child that has to have his way, unfortunately at the expense of the American people, and their children's futures.
The first page of the health care bill should state that it will apply to ALL of congress and their families. No more special plans. When did they become better than the rest of us?
I BELIEVE THEY ( DEMOCRATS) SHOULD ALL BE HANGED FOR TREASON, I FOR ONE AM TIRED OF THEM TRYING TO SHOVE THEIR SOCIALIST/COMMUNIST WAYS ON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. IF THE MAJORITY SAYS NO THEN I WOULD BE WILLING TO BET THEY SHOULD HEED THE REQUEST OF THE ONES WHO CAN TAKE AWAY THEIR LIVELY HOOD. I MYSELF AM VERY PROUD OF MY COUNTRY AND THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE FOUGHT TO KEEP ME FREE. THEY SEEM TO HAVE FORGOTTEN WE'RE STILL FREE AND ALLOWED TO VOTE. SO AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED THEY START LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB IF THEY CAN FIND ONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When our elected officials think, that they are smarter, than the people they serve, and
can make decisions on their own, without approval of their consituents, it is time to re-
place them. I am tired of their arrogance. We need true leaders to replace the self serv-
ing Congressional members, and get our country back to it's roots. It's time for healthy
change, and we can make it happen.
